Service Overview:
SweetCulture HR will provide customized and specially tailored HR training curriculum development, designed to meet your organization’s unique compliance, leadership, DEI, and employee development needs. We blend strategy, expertise, and culture-conscious content creation to deliver engaging, results-driven programs.
Curriculum Development phases:
Phase 1: Needs Assessment & Discovery, Stakeholder interviews, training gap analysis, and goal alignment
Phase 2: Preliminary Custom Curriculum Design, Creation of training objectives, modules, and instructional strategy
Phase 3: Content Review with Stakeholders for revisions and/or additions. Quality check.
Phase 4: Final Approval, close project and turn over propriety curriculum to Stakeholders. No further revisions.
